Hello,

You've read 37 editions of me breaking down other people's ads.

Starting today, I'm flipping the camera around every week, one marketing move I actually made at my own family manufacturing business, the ones that worked and the ones that didn't.

Tell me this.

If your business has 200+ happy customers, from how many of them have you asked for a testimonial?

For us. Not one written review.

Here's the uncomfortable truth: that's not a review problem. It's a trust problem wearing a review problem's clothes.

A review isn't for you; it's for that purchase manager deciding if you're real.

Just received a 5-star rating yesterday.

So I built a system. WhatsApp first, Hinglish, sent Wednesday 2pm. Email follow-up two days later for the ones who didn't reply. Split by product, because a homogenizer customer and a pump customer don't care about the same thing.

But the part that actually mattered: I didn't just ask for a review. I gave them the words, ready to copy-paste. Because I already knew what I'd get otherwise — "good product," two words, nothing else.

Even then, WhatsApp alone barely moved. What actually worked was picking up the phone and calling.

Here's the part I keep coming back to: I'm not collecting reviews for stars on a page. I'm collecting them because nobody wants to be the first customer.

Everybody wants to be the fiftieth.

If you've got happy customers who've never said a word publicly, that's trust you've already earned, just sitting uncollected.

Go get it. Call, don't just message. And write the sentence for them.

Talk soon,
Alen

I’m a manufacturer/marketer working at my family pump manufacturing business—SEW (API 674 Pump Manufacturing). Click here to check us out!

I started Attractio to help my fellow manufacturers get more RFQs from their buyers. Purchase managers already search for what you sell. The big question is, “Are you getting found?”.

So, here’s how I help:

  1. A website that's more than a directory
Most industrial B2B sites are outdated. If not, “never exists.” I build websites that, when a buyer finds you, will literally say, “Hi, I found you while reading your article on your website. I’d like a quote.”.

  2. Automate the boring stuff.
From following up with a lead without a salesperson to bringing inquiries on autopilot. I help you plug automation into your marketing website so you get hours (and profit) back.

  3. A “free strategy” consultation
If you want to stand out from your competitor. Get noticed by your customers. Be known for what you do. Reply to this email with the subject “consultation” and your requirement and I’ll help you get out of where you’re stuck with actionable advice.
